I had many questions before my dental procedure, which were answered throughly and kindly. Dr.McCabe did a great job and checked in on me later the day of my procedure. I received clear instructions for care at home. Would recommend if you need any type of oral surgery.

Trust me... it's worth the read! In 2018, I suffered a very traumatic experience during my first extraction in Ga that left me with a fractured jaw and teeth wired shut for 12 weeks. While 2 of my wisdom teeth were removed, I was left with 1 severely impacted molar. I experienced pain and swelling on and off for 8 years. I assessed that the Risk of the procedure was evidently greater than the reward of having them removed. On August 7 I began to feel pain and discomfort in my lower right jaw and I immediately knew that my impacted tooth was inflamed. Over the next few days none of my coping remedies brought any relief. I started to feel pain equivalent to labor contractions.😱 After an emergency dentist visit was referred to Advanced Oral Surgery for an emergency extraction. I was welcomed with the most empathetic, patient, and professional team led my Dr. McCabe. Although I was in immense pain and felt like I was being forced to possibly relive a nightmare, I immensely comforted and assured that this was my decision to make and to not feel rushed into the process. He explained his experience with cases similar to mine (later in life extractions) all while respecting my unique experience. The entire staff was equally committed to my safety and comfort. Dr. McCabe's exact words were "I can assure you that I will take my time, not use apply any unnecessary pressure". In addition to, explained that my nerve near my tooth was priority focus and he clearly explained possible post op experiences. I am convinced that I was able face my fear because of the pre op consultation and overall knowledge and care that I as well as my family received. I woke up from the procedure to "You are all good! It went as good as any procedure could have gone if not better" ! I was overcome with emotion as I was entered the recovery room. Later that night Dr. McCabe sent me a personal text to check in on how I was feeling in addition to answer any post op questions for a safe and speedy recovery! We also shared pleasant humor that all of my bones were intact & he keeps his All Star extraction and no fractures record! I could not be more grateful to the entire team at Advanced Oral Surgery in Lakeville! You not only healed my personal trauma but you put my family at ease with needing future dental ops. I am a forever fan and patient!

Dr. McCabe and the staff were great. Very friendly, yet professional and efficient. I had medical concerns, so they reached out to my medical team prior to performing the dental surgery. The procedure and recovery have gone very well. I can't think of a single ding or improvement suggestion that would reduce this office from anything but a 5 star rating.
